Snoopy Tours & Travels works in a easy way for our clients visiting Sikkim or seeking travel guidance. Our clients check our website and also our standard or best selling packages Tour in Sikkim and Trekking in Sikkim there are tour and trekking packages of different lengths and different destinations. Some of our clients choose exactly the same package while some of them like to change some part or add more activities in the itinerary then they send us email with their interest. We communicate in email and first finalize the program and day to day itinerary of entire tour. We also finalize the hotel category and hotel names from our suggestions and clients choice. Then we give the exact final cost of the program with inclusions and exclusions in the cost. Then our client's pays 20% to 25% of the cost to confirm the tour which means confirm with hotels, transportation, guides, Helicopter.
When we receive the advance money we confirm with all the hotels, guides, transportation. Then when the arrival date of clients comes close like 15 days we again confirm with all the parties. On the day of arrival we go to the airport before the arrival time and get our self stand by with the name of client printed in a big bold letters in the arrival section of airport. Once we meet we transfer clients to the hotel and get them check in and give the brief description of the tour and client pays the remaining cost then tour guide will take the responsibility of the scheduled itinerary. After all the tour is over we drop our clients to the airport couples of hours earlier than their flight schedule.
